The purpose of the Planning Agreement is to capture the Proposed Development which falls outside the boundary for the Environmental Planning and Assessment (Special Infrastructure Contribution – Western Sydney Growth Areas) Determination 2011 and that part of the Stage 33 Land inside the boundary.
The Planning Agreement provides that the Developer will make a monetary contribution at a rate of $153,898 per hectare (as at 1 July 2013) of net developable area in relation to Stage 33 Land in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment (Special Infrastructure Contribution – Western Sydney Growth Areas) Determination 2011.
